It was the art and creative magic that started me on my journey of makeup and hair. But it was the people that made it a true passion. The ability to enhance someone’s confidence and beauty while still allowing them to feel themselves, captured my heart. Makeup can transform a person into anything, but for me, the true joy comes from seeing my clients feel and look as incredible as they are – enhancing their beauty, not changing it.

I’m a small-town girl, so glitz and glam was scarce growing up and opportunities were limited. As a teen, my family was very supportive in encouraging me to follow my passion for art and people. Goodbye gumboots, hello city life!

I studied Fashion and Special Effects Makeup Artistry at Weltec in 2013, graduating with the top student award in Fashion Makeup. My hair journey began the following year, which then lead me to join the award-winning Buoy Salon and Spa. This company inspired me. They allowed me to push further into editorial work, competitions, weddings and events.  Buoy opened doors of opportunity and continued to educate me each year. Without my team and amazing clients, I would not be the artist I am today.

Today, I am on my new journey into freelance. During the week, I work in the salon. On the weekend, I’m out and about with you – party time!  As the years have gone by it has become clearer that my passion lies with editorial and event hair and makeup. My end goal is to dedicate all my time to getting you and your friends glam and feeling your best.

I would like to make as many people as possible feel and look amazing. It’s important to me to work together to create the best look for you and have a great time doing it! Whether it’s a wedding, party, birthday, professional event, costume party, you name it, I’m all over it. Every event should be a celebration so let’s start it from the beginning. Getting ready is often the best part so why not right!
